Peter has been coordinator of the Dove Centre since we opened in 2017.  He oversees all activities within the Centre and is the first point of contact for all enquiries

Catherine Cakebread Counsellor

Cath originally trained as a psychiatric and then a general nurse and in 2001 she successfully completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling at the University of Strathclyde. The course was person centred and included working in a GP surgery to gain generic counselling experience.

Having retired from full time work Cath now offers counselling in the Dove Centre and has a small private practice in her home on Seil Island.

Rie Emmers

Rie is a Manual Therapist, a Lymphoedema Therapist and a Pilates Instructor. She uses hands-on physical techniques such as massage, scar tissue therapy and acupuncture to relieve pain, restore movement to assist the body's own healing processes.
